Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies for Fortune 500 clients across technology, healthcare, and consumer sectors
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with top-tier journalists, influencers, and media outlets globally
- Lead crisis communications protocols, ensuring rapid response and brand protection during critical incidents
- Drive measurable results through media placements, social media amplification, and thought leadership campaigns
- Manage cross-functional teams including digital marketers, content creators, and social media specialists
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies based on KPIs and industry trends
- Present quarterly PR insights and recommendations to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive PR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proven track record of securing media placements in top-tier outlets (e.g., Forbes, WSJ, TechCrunch)
- Expert crisis management experience with documented successful outcomes
- Deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media integration in PR campaigns
- Exceptional writing skills with portfolio demonstrating press releases, pitches, and thought leadership articles
- Strong analytical abilities with experience using PR analytics tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater)
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for client events and media tours
