Responsibilities

- Lead crisis communications protocols and reputation management initiatives
- Drive measurable results through media analytics, KPI tracking, and ROI reporting
- Manage cross-functional teams including digital marketers, content creators, and social media specialists
- Secure high-impact media placements in national publications and industry-specific outlets
- Oversee budget allocation for PR campaigns and vendor partnerships
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive PR experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of securing placements in major outlets (e.g., Forbes, WSJ, TechCrunch)
- Expert crisis management experience with demonstrable success in reputation recovery
- Advanced proficiency in media monitoring tools (Cision, Meltwater) and analytics platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Strong network of media contacts across national and international markets
- Exceptional writing skills with ability to craft compelling press releases, pitches, and thought leadership content
