Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies for high-profile clients, including crisis management and proactive media outreach
- Lead digital PR initiatives including influencer partnerships, SEO-optimized content, and social media amplification
- Manage media relations with top-tier journalists and outlets, securing 15+ monthly placements
- Analyze campaign performance using Cision, Meltwater, and Google Analytics to refine strategies
- Oversee PR budget allocation and vendor management while maintaining ROI-focused reporting
- Mentor junior team members and conduct monthly training on emerging PR technologies
- Coordinate cross-functional campaigns with marketing, sales, and product teams
Qualifications
- 8+ years of PR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a top PR agency or in-house corporate communications
- Proven track record of securing placements in WSJ, TechCrunch, Forbes, and industry-specific outlets
- Expertise in Cision, Meltwater, and social listening platforms
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $500,000 annually
- Demonstrable success in crisis communications and reputation management
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
