Responsibilities

- Oversee press release development, media pitches, and content creation
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs and provide actionable insights
- Mentor junior team members and manage agency partnerships

Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive PR experience with agency or in-house roles
- Proven track record of securing media placements in top-tier outlets
- Expertise in crisis communications and reputation management
- Strong writing/editing skills with samples of press releases and pitches
- Digital PR experience including SEO and social media strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
- PRSA certification or equivalent professional development
- Experience managing budgets and client relationships
