- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies for 10+ enterprise clients
- Cultivate relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders
- Lead crisis communications protocols and reputation management initiatives
- Manage $2M+ annual PR budgets with ROI-focused optimization
- Mentor junior team members and conduct performance reviews
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive PR experience with 3+ in senior management
- Proven track record of securing features in top-tier publications (WSJ, Forbes, etc.)
- Crisis communication certification (e.g., IABC or PRSA)
- Mastery of Cision, Meltwater, and similar media monitoring tools
- Demonstrable success in B2B tech or consumer goods verticals
- Advanced degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
