- Drive measurable media coverage through targeted pitching and press event coordination
- Analyze campaign performance using KPIs to optimize PR ROI and reporting
- Mentor junior PR specialists to foster team growth and expertise development
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align PR with business objectives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive PR experience with at least 3 years in management
- Proven track record of securing placements in Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Bloomberg
- Crisis communications certification (e.g., IABC or PRSA)
- Expertise in media monitoring tools (Cision, Meltwater)
- Demonstrable success with digital PR and SEO integration
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Exceptional writing skills with portfolio of award-winning campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple high-stakes client accounts simultaneously
