- Analyze healthcare data and socioeconomic trends to inform strategic priorities
- Manage stakeholder engagement with provincial health authorities and NGOs
- Oversee implementation of national digital health infrastructure projects
- Represent Canada in international health policy forums
- Mentor junior policy analysts and coordinate research initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Health Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years progressive experience in government healthcare policy
- Expertise in Canadian healthcare legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in health data analytics and policy modeling tools
- Proven track record of leading high-impact health system reforms
- Valid Canadian Secret Level security clearance
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in both official languages
