Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Monitor project progress against milestones, utilizing tools like Jira and Asana to report status to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize impact on delivery.
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management methodologies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience leading Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
