Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure project continuity.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks to all stakeholders effectively.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance team velocity and product quality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client and executive reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a focus on software development and Agile methodologies.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Proven experience leading teams in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience managing budgets and financial forecasting for projects.
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA preferred.
