Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept and planning to final delivery and post-launch support.
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and QA to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and schedules using Agile methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to minimize impact on delivery timelines.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and blockers to stakeholders and leadership with clarity and precision.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies across the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the software, SaaS, or technology sector.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks with a PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
