Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement
- Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and product domains
- Monitor project KPIs and provide transparent reporting to executive stakeholders
- Identify and resolve blockers while maintaining team morale and productivity
- Implement industry-standard PM methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech/IT environments
- PMP, CSM, or PR certification required
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Proven success managing complex software development projects
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Experience with remote/hybrid team coordination
