Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise-level software development projects
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps with clear milestones
- Manage cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product, marketing)
- Track KPIs and deliverables using JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project
- Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning
- Present progress reports to C-level executives and stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/IT
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven track record delivering enterprise software projects
- Expertise in agile, waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Strong financial acumen and budget management ($1M+ projects)
- Exceptional stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skills
- Experience mentoring project management teams
