Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation through to delivery and closure.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables with key stakeholders and sponsors.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to meet deadlines.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Facilitate regular cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and clear communication.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
- Report on project status, milestones, and KPIs to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Project Manager in a technology or software development environment (minimum 5 years).
- Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (CSM/CSPO) is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or Confluence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
