Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of $5M+ digital transformation projects across multiple departments
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones and deliverables
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous process improvements
- Manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) with 15+ direct/indirect reports
- Forecast and control project budgets with <5% variance tolerance
- Identify and mitigate risks through proactive stakeholder communication
- Implement Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project for optimal workflow visibility
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in tech/product environments
- PMP or CPM certification with track record of delivering complex projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hybrid frameworks
- Proven ability to manage $3M+ budgets with multi-departmental stakeholders
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and resource planning tools
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Experience mentoring PM teams and implementing process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
