Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain team momentum.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and product managers.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide accurate progress reports and forecasting.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Drive process improvements to increase team efficiency and output quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management within the software or tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Certification in PMP, Prince2, or Agile/Scrum is highly desirable.
- Expert proficiency in project management software such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
