Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, risks, and resource allocation across global teams
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Implement Jira, Asana, and PMO best practices for workflow optimization
- Present executive-level dashboards and progress reports to C-suite leadership
- Mentor junior project managers and conduct capability-building workshops
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in scaling Agile/Scrum frameworks for enterprise projects
- Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- Experience managing budgets exceeding $2M and cross-functional teams of 15+
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making background
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution abilities
