Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including scope definition, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
- Lead agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives) and optimize Scrum/Kanban workflows
- Develop detailed project plans with milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation
- Manage project budgets and ensure ROI alignment with business objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams
- Implement continuous improvement strategies for project delivery processes
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of accountability
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech products
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Proven track record delivering complex enterprise projects on time/budget
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with remote team leadership and global project coordination
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
