Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Stakeholder engagement and communication with C-suite executives, clients, and technical teams
- Resource allocation and capacity planning across 15+ concurrent projects
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Budget management and financial reporting with P&L accountability
- Process optimization through data-driven insights and JIRA/Asana implementation
- Team leadership and performance management for 8 direct reports
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in SaaS/tech
- PMP or CPM certification required; MBA preferred
- Proven success delivering complex enterprise projects ($1M+ budgets)
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in JIRA, Asana, and MS Project
- Exceptional strategic thinking and data-driven decision making
- Strong experience managing remote/distributed teams
- Track record of mentoring junior PMs and improving team KPIs
