Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to ensure seamless execution
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and resource allocation efficiently
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, stand-ups)
- Drive continuous process improvements in project delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in tech or software development
- PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Asana
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets over $500K
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within scope
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
