Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of software development lifecycles using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Stakeholder management across engineering, product, and executive leadership teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution for high-visibility projects
- Resource allocation and capacity planning for 15+ member project teams
- Financial oversight including budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Implementation of PMO best practices and process optimization
- Vendor management and third-party integration coordination
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience with SaaS/tech products
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and Asana project management tools
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects on time/budget
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in SQL and Power BI
- Experience mentoring junior project managers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
