Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of enterprise-level projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Lead Agile/Scrum methodologies with 10+ member cross-functional teams across development, UX, and infrastructure
- Develop comprehensive project roadmaps with risk mitigation strategies and resource allocation plans
- Stakeholder management at executive level, translating business requirements into actionable project plans
- Implement PMO best practices including KPI tracking, budget oversight ($1M+), and vendor coordination
- Foster continuous improvement through post-mortem analysis and process optimization
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with SaaS/tech sector focus
- PMP or PgMP certification with demonstrable track record in complex enterprise deployments
- Expertise in JIRA, Asana, and MS Project with advanced data visualization skills
- Proven ability to manage distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ROI modeling and financial forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
