- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles for enterprise software deployments
- Coordinate 5+ cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing)
- Implement Jira/Confluence workflows and sprint planning
- Manage $1M+ budgets with quarterly financial reporting
- Stakeholder communication via executive dashboards and weekly syncs
- Drive continuous improvement through post-mortem analyses
Qualifications
- 8+ years in IT project management with PMP certification
- Proven experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Expertise in enterprise software delivery (SaaS/PaaS)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project and Jira
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business
- Strong risk mitigation and change management skills
