Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of cross-functional project lifecycles, including Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Stakeholder management across C-suite, engineering, and product teams
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution for complex technical projects
- Resource allocation and capacity planning for distributed teams
- Implementation of PMO standards and governance frameworks
- Financial oversight including budget tracking and ROI analysis
- Continuous improvement of project delivery processes
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with 3+ in tech
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven success scaling agile methodologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Asana
- Strong financial acumen with budget management $500K+
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Experience mentoring PMO teams and junior project managers
