Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical development of complex multi-disciplinary projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and clients to ensure project alignment.
- Manage production of comprehensive construction documentation sets.
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration phases.
- Mentor junior architectural staff and review design submittals.
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, zoning laws, and ADA requirements.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and project investors.
Qualifications
- Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
- Active NY State Architectural Licensure (RA) required.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in commercial or high-end residential architecture.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and zoning resolutions.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing project teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative design environment.
