Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee the daily production workflow, ensuring adherence to established schedules and KPIs.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control standards to minimize waste and rework.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of production operators and technicians.
- Conduct daily safety briefings and ensure full compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Manage inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of CNC machinery, robotics, or assembly line operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Forklift certification and valid driver's license.
