Key Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core features, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics and user feedback to prioritize features, measure success metrics (KPIs), and iterate on the product.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to deeply understand user pain points and drive user-centric solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product plans and updates to stakeholders, executives, and the wider organization effectively.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the SaaS or Fintech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies, and technical architecture.
- Analytics: Proficiency in SQL, A/B testing tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
