Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration.
- Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer insights and market analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and Marketing to ship high-impact features.
- Analyze product performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and resolve user pain points.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to validate hypotheses and prioritize the backlog for maximum impact.
- Present strategy and progress updates to leadership and stakeholders regularly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of shipping complex features and scaling products in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in data tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environment.
- Technical literacy to effectively communicate requirements to software engineers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
