Responsibilities
- Define Strategy: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key product areas within our Fintech ecosystem.
- Roadmap Execution: Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, user feedback, and technical constraints to deliver high-impact releases.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a squad of designers, engineers, and data scientists, ensuring alignment and clear communication.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and market research to validate assumptions and measure the success of product launches.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, and marketing teams to ensure product goals align with broader business objectives.
- Agile Delivery: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprints, Backlog Refinement) and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on Fintech or SaaS platforms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of technical architectures, APIs, and the software development lifecycle.
- Analytics: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude) to drive product decisions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- Agile: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile experience.
