Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our core Fintech offerings.
• Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to deliver high-quality products on time.
• Conduct deep-dive user research and market analysis to uncover product opportunities and pain points.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Own the product metrics (KPIs), analyze performance data, and iterate to improve user engagement and retention.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and negotiate scope to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within the Fintech, SaaS, or B2B software space.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products from concept to market.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive product decisions based on evidence.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Technical fluency: Understanding of APIs, database structures, and the software development lifecycle.
