Responsibilities
- Own the Vision: Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-driven features, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, executive leadership, and external partners to manage expectations and drive consensus.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to drive product decisions, prioritize the backlog, and measure the success of releases.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead agile ceremonies, mentor product owners, and foster a culture of collaboration between engineering, design, and marketing.
- Roadmap Execution: Manage the end-to-product lifecycle, from market research and discovery to launch and post-launch optimization.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of product management experience in the tech industry, with a specific focus on AI, Machine Learning, or SaaS.
- Technical Background: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex algorithms and data models.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Agile Expertise: Proven track record of successfully launching products using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
