NexusFlow Technologies is a leader in AI-driven workflow automation, and we are seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to own our core platform experience. You will work at the intersection of design, engineering, and business strategy to build products that redefine how global teams collaborate.

Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and definition to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Translate complex customer pain points into elegant, high-impact product solutions.
- Collaborate closely with UX design and engineering to ensure seamless, high-quality feature delivery.
- Analyze product metrics and user feedback to inform data-driven decision-making and pivot strategies.
- Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder alignment meetings to build organizational buy-in.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring technical debt is balanced with high-value feature development.
- Serve as the product evangelist, communicating roadmaps and impact to internal and external partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of shipping complex features or products from 0 to 1.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Looker.
- Strong technical literacy; ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams on architectural constraints.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
