Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and definition to launch and post-launch iteration.
- Analyze market trends, user behavior, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and engineering leads to deliver best-in-class product experiences.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and ROI.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization in an Agile environment.
- Engage with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure seamless product rollouts.
- Champion a customer-centric culture by conducting regular user interviews and usability testing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management within the SaaS or high-growth tech industry.
- Proven track record of shipping successful products from 0 to 1 and scaling existing platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in SQL, Mixpanel, or similar product analytics tools.
- Strong technical fluency, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and product management frameworks (e.g., OKRs, Jobs-to-be-Done).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
