- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead end-to-end product development using Agile methodologies and Jira/Confluence
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data validation to inform decisions
- Partner with engineering to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
- Present product strategy to executive stakeholders and investor committees
- Mentor junior PMs and foster product excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Expertise in user research, A/B testing, and data analytics (SQL proficiency required)
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in Agile/Scrum or equivalent product management frameworks
- Experience scaling products in high-growth environments
