Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch, defining roadmap and prioritizing features using data-driven insights
- Lead agile ceremonies and coordinate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive audits to identify growth opportunities
- Develop KPIs, track performance metrics, and present product health to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior PMs and foster a culture of experimentation and user-centric innovation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or fintech with proven track record of shipping complex products
- Expertise in agile methodologies, JIRA, and product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Strategic thinker with MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
