Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver high-impact features
- Conduct deep market research and user interviews to identify unmet needs
- Analyze quantitative/qualitative data to prioritize initiatives and measure success
- Drive go-to-market strategy with Marketing and Sales teams
- Mentor junior PMs and foster product excellence across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or tech
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Expertise in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4)
- Strong technical aptitude with API integration knowledge
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
- MS/MBA or equivalent technical/business degree preferred
