Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap by synthesizing market analysis, user feedback, and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional Agile ceremonies and prioritize backlog using RICE framework
- Conduct user interviews and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive feature iterations
- Develop KPI dashboards and present product performance to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior PMs through structured feedback loops and career development plans
- Collaborate with marketing to position product launches and go-to-market strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Expertise in product discovery methodologies (Jobs-to-be-Done, MoSCoW)
- Proven track record of launching successful products with measurable impact
- Strong SQL skills and experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Experience scaling products from MVP to enterprise-level solutions
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience
