Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams through Agile methodologies to deliver high-impact features
- Conduct deep user research and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Develop product requirements documents (PRDs) and prioritize backlog using data-driven insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on product strategy and execution plans
- Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on user feedback and analytics

Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience with B2B SaaS products
- Proven track record of launching successful products in competitive markets
- Expertise in user research, data analysis, and A/B testing methodologies
- Strong technical aptitude with understanding of API integrations and cloud architecture
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with product management tools (Jira, Amplitude, Figma)
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
