Responsibilities
- Lead Design Strategy: Own the end-to-end design lifecycle for key product features, from conceptualization to final delivery.
- Visual Identity: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual language and design system that scales across web, mobile, and social platforms.
- User Research: Conduct usability testing, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions and drive product iterations.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers and interns, fostering a culture of growth and creative excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.
- Prototyping: Create high-fidelity interactive prototypes using tools like Figma to demonstrate functionality and user flows.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design.
- Portfolio: A robust, online portfolio showcasing case studies that highlight problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Tools: Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., Principle, ProtoPie).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and design thinking frameworks.
