Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive Design System that scales with our product, ensuring consistency and efficiency for the engineering team.
- Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover new opportunities for product innovation.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate business goals into design strategies.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of growth and excellence within the design department.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating best practices into our design workflow.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a deep understanding of prototyping and animation.
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to understand technical feasibility and implementation details.
- Experience conducting user research, including interviews, usability testing, and persona development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale to non-design audiences effectively.
- A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
