Responsibilities
- Lead Design Strategy: Own the end-to-end design process for key product features, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and launch.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and evolve our internal design system, ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across the product suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable design deliverables.
- User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate assumptions and uncover deep user insights.
- Visual Excellence: Create visually stunning interfaces that adhere to modern design trends, accessibility standards (WCAG), and brand guidelines.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and creative excellence within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the B2B SaaS, FinTech, or E-commerce industry.
- Tools: Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Experience with prototyping tools like Principle or Framer is a plus.
- Portfolio: A compelling portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles is highly desirable.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
