Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to uncover user needs and drive product strategy.
- Translate business requirements and user feedback into high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Craft pixel-perfect visual designs using Figma, ensuring strict adherence to our design system and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver products on time and within scope.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams to secure buy-in and alignment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Deep understanding of design systems, component libraries, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
