We are looking for a visionary Senior Product Designer to join Lumina Creative and help define the visual language of our next-generation digital products. As a Senior Designer, you will lead design initiatives, mentor junior talent, and work directly with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact software that delights our users.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes.Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures brand consistency and accelerates development.Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to validate design decisions.Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable design artifacts.Present design concepts and justify decisions to the executive team with confidence and clarity.Advocate for the user voice across the organization to drive product improvements.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a tech or product-focused environment.Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with a deep understanding of prototyping and design systems.A strong portfolio demonstrating a history of solving complex user problems with innovative design solutions.Experience with front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a significant advantage.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationales to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
