Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to final pixel, ensuring a seamless user journey.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools like Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Advocate for accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure our products are inclusive for all users.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your process and impact.
- Proficiency in designing for web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android).
- Expert knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, including prototyping and auto-layout features.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction patterns, and design systems.
- Experience conducting user research and analyzing data to drive design iterations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex design concepts to non-design audiences.
