Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and define product requirements.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Design and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate business needs into seamless user journeys.
- Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze user data to iterate and optimize product performance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Interaction Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in designing for web and mobile platforms (responsive design).
- Expert knowledge of Figma, including advanced prototyping and auto-layout features.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines is a significant plus.
