Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity visual design.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product requirements and translate them into intuitive user interfaces.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive iterative improvements.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative design culture.
- Contribute to and evolve our internal Design System to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or similar creative roles.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing visual design skills and case studies.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (prototyping, components, auto-layout).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
