Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to launch.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover user needs.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
- Establish and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous learning and design excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful design projects across different industries.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, PS, AI).
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
