Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications, from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Develop and maintain a robust Design System to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and drive product evolution.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable design solutions.
- Mentor junior designers and conduct regular design critiques to foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Create compelling visual assets and animations that enhance user engagement and brand identity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
- A strong, portfolio-driven portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), and prototyping tools.
- Proven experience creating and managing design systems or component libraries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex design concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is highly desirable.
