The Role
As our Senior Product Designer, you will own the design lifecycle for key product features. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, pixel-perfect solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product features, from concept and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping and final delivery.
- Craft intuitive user flows and information architectures that drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (PMs, Engineers, Researchers) to translate business goals into actionable design strategies.
- Maintain and evolve our centralized design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across all platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and uncover opportunities for innovation.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional product design experience, preferably within a SaaS, FinTech, or E-commerce environment.
- Portfolio: A robust, case-study driven portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact.
- Tools: Mastery of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with advanced prototyping capabilities.
- Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex design decisions.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and usability.
