Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to final delivery.
- Design and maintain comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive product decisions.
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed visual assets in Figma.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Present design concepts and defend design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design or graphic design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong, portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects, including case studies.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
