Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product features, from initial research and ideation to final UI specifications.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on solutions.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design intent.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and align with business goals.
- Contribute to and evolve our comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all products.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, articulating how solutions address user needs and business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a similar role, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, demonstrating exceptional UX thinking, visual design skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Expert proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design patterns.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and other designers.
- Experience contributing to or managing design systems is a significant plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
